Xerox's CTO Takes Company Into Post-Copier Age

Thursday, May 22nd, 2008

We had a chance to meet Xerox's CTO, Sophie Vandebroek and we talked about all the latest stuff that Xerox is working on from Solar energy to medical testing technology. The interview was done on the deck of the famous Palo Alto Research Center where tons of high tech industry's most important technologies (like object oriented programming, Ethernet cable and protocols, laser printers, and more) were invented. We talk about the role that lab continues to play inside Xerox.

Hey, why not record your own video response on Youtube - and insert the url here.

It's impressive how far Xerox has come, it's contribution to tech world was revolutionary even from the beginning. As a customer I trust Xerox will do a fine work in the future projects.

Vinny: just because Xerox sells copiers doesn't mean they make them. They probably are putting their brand name on someone else's product.

They don't make copiers anymore! This is all just a figment of your imagination:

Fasinating. When are you going to talk with the CTO of Singer or Olivetti?

A little advice to make these more palatable. Stop talking over your interview and interjecting your own ideas into their stories. Let her finish her own thought. The interviewee is the reason people watch (not for your giggling tangential stories). Your job is to set them up and keep them on track.
