First Look: Plinky Brings New Questions to Social Networking World
You know Twitter asks you “what are you doing?” Well, Plinky is a lot like Twitter but it asks you a different question every day. Not only that but it helps you answer it by bringing in other data from other services. Here founder Jason Shellen gives us first look and tells us what he is trying to do. Shellen was one of the first employees at Pyra, which made Blogger. That took him to Google where he headed up the Google Reader effort so it’s always interesting to see what he’s doing.

This is a great app. This could be a great content creation tool.
for some reason on my mac I can never watch your videos via flash. They hang loading in safari and firefox. I even have flash 10 installed.
Really like this idea. Haven't tried it out yet but will soon. Sometimes its tough to wade through all the different social networking tools and allot time to each one. If this can push (and prompt) content through all or most of those channels simultaneously, it could be a game changer. Will it take video?

An interesting platform, I agree with Jeremy, we will see a lot of variations, niche and other "add-ons" pop onto the market.
Plinky could do really well, I think for more of a younger demographic.
I think we are going to see lots of platforms come out where their core purpose is to act as a content creation utility, and then to automatically push that content out to social media sites. People often don't know what to write about or publish, so this gives them an idea/day to do so and also to share and compare with others on their responses. I'm sure some good conversations will result.
I have signed up for an account to see what all the Twitter buzz is about.
A good serious interview, and I look forward to seeing how things evolve and how Plinky will be monetized. No pressure.
HAHA "Good old fashioned email"
